December 2021
Saturday 12/18/2021 Cold day at the park, but some folks were warmed up by His Spirit! Here is a run down of some of the things which took place - this will be our last 2021 outage and next time will be the first of 2022! So look at the new table to stay up to dte on what's taking place downtown with the group! Blessings to you all!
80oz Chicken Noodle Soup
Hot Hawaiian Rolls
Cookies
80 cups of coffee
2 gallons of hot cocoa
Carlos - We helped Carlos get a bed for his new place. He has gotten a job and is making huge leaps in his life - praise the Lord. We hope to continue to build relationship with him in the future!
Sarah - Multiple team members had words from the Lord for her which were encouraging her to return to the faith. She also had jaw/mouth pain and we prayed twice for her. The second time praying for her the prayer partner felt significant warmth on his hands as he prayed and she felt the sensation in her mouth and over her face - she started to cry. God healed mouth and emptional wounds she had. Glory to the King of kings!
Jenna - Recently out of jail, she came for some food and desired to receive prayer for her feet. While prayer team prayed for her, she felt tingling in her feet (not an uncommon sensation as cells move as a result of heaven invading earth) and was encouraged that God was doing something in her feet.
Saturday 12/6/2021 Treasure hunting with my friend this evening! Here is what we had prior to heading out when we prayed ( we had additional words, but these were the ones which we ended up finding in the store this time so I am not sharing them):
Black and White
Esteban
Specific picture of a woman with glasses w/hair in a bun who had stomach issues
Sympathetic pain in neck and shoulders
After walking around the store a bit we noticed a couple and one had a black winter hat on and another had a white hat on. I normally might not approach on just this but we took a chance and asked if they had any prayer needs. They shared encouragement with us on them finding a new home and plans to get married next year (they were not living together until married). It turned out that the man's name was Steven. I did not think about it until the day after but I wonder if the Lord has plans for him to minister in Mexico or Spain in the future? In any case, it was a great opportunity to connect with some new faces and be blessed and bless them.
We walked around a couple more times and then I just prayed out loud for the Lord to put someone in front of us to minister to. I turned around and noticed the woman I had seen in the vision from earlier. So we walked up and explained what we were doing and she was absolutely shocked. She mentioend she was going to go the healing rooms I typically volunteer at and they were closed - just so happened that the rooms came to her! She said she had stomach issues - gluten intolerance - so we prayed for that (a day after her husband messaged me to tell me that they enjoyed an evening of eating dairy products and foods with gluten - praise Jesus) and it got resolved. As she shared more, she explained how her back and neck were hurt from an accident. So we prayed for that and she noticed a change (I need to see if this is all fixed as we also had a word from the Lord on this). We talked some more and even when she asked me to contact her husband, I started typing in his number and already had him in contacts from a men's group we were in. So many other connections were made while we talked - amazing is our Lord!
Saturday 12/4/2021 What a great day it was - and weather was nice and warm to boot! To God be all the glory! Here are some details from the day:
80oz Chicken Noodle Soup
Hot Hawaiian Rolls
Cookies
90 cups of coffee
3 gallons of hot cocoa
Bottled Water
Joe - Prayed for depression to lift and for him to be strengthened in the Lord. He sensed a difference and we encouraged him to continue seeking God and allowing Christ to be the focus of things instead of issues of life. Seek His guidance, wisdom, direction, etc.
Brian - Edifying talk and prayed for his ribs which were broke. We encouraged one another - a lot of this happens downtown quite often and I don't post on it often. It's always encouraging to be down there and I am always edified by my time spent there with others.
Ishmael - Prayed for back and ribs. He said he noticed a difference but before we could pray for more he had to go!
Chrissie - prayed with her for forgiveness and talked about what this looks like. Also commanded fibromyalgia to leave in Jesus name. Want to see her again to see how things are going since this time together.
November 2021
Saturday 11/24/2021 Testimony sent from my friend. I just prayed for a lady at Walmart - she works there. She said she is not religious and doesn't believe in all that stuff and yet when I prayed for her she noticed a definite change in her knee and even commented to a co-worker walking by telling her how I had prayed for her and things had changed. She said that she believes now. (My Note: Praise the Lord - makes me think of worldviews people halve an how things can often change - or not be placed in to their worldview - when His kingdom comes. God is not distant and always good - don't forget that we have an enemy who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy [John 10:10] - everything that happens in this world is NOT God's doing - that standpoint negates an enemy and is a lie.]).
Saturday 11/20/2021 Was a cold one this morning! After cancelling an outing the 1st of the month, it was really, really good to get together and fellowship and serve the poor again downtown. It is always such a blessing to be able to pour in to people's lives like we do downtown and to meet together. Here are some details from the day:
100oz Chicken Noodle Soup (we had low supply and it worked out perfectly today!)
Hot Hawaiian Rolls
Cookies
101 cups of coffee
3 gallons of hot cocoa
Bottled Water
We spoke to and prayed with many people. We had 2 people bring lots of clothing for us to provide to the homeless (gloves, socks, hats, and more). This was very useful as we will start bringing a smaller container with some of this clothing for future outings. Overall, there were clearly a lot less people out and about - it was quite a cold morning. We were honored to engage those who we did see! Here are some testimonies of what I know took place:
Brian- 2 brothers in the group prayed for Fred's withered hand. He tore tendons when he had lunged his hand through glass some years ago. Not so ironically, we were talking about how unforgiveness can hinder healing earlier when we met up and we ended up hearing he had a lot of bitterness and unforgiveness as a result of that incident, and in general. The brothers walked with him through on letting go of and casting his cares on the Lord. They prayed for restoration, but did not see all functions restored when they prayed. It did offer an exceptional time to share the love of the Lord and the lesson of how at times we can open doors for the enemy through lack of forgiveness and other emotional wounds. We are hoping he has tools to work through some things after the meetup and hope to see him again.
Pam and John - They just stopped to grab food and we asked if there was anything in particular we could pray for. Pam asked to pray for her daughter who was in the hospital, so we did. After, I received some words from the Lord for both Pam (arthritis) and John (wisdom) while praying so we commanded healing and inflammation to leave and shared some scriptures on wisdom from the book of James. They were in a rush and grateful for our praying for them, so we did not have an opportunity to see where Pam was at after prayer...all in all though, we were all blessed by the opportunity to sow in to one another's life.
Wednesday 11/17/2021 Testimony from friend - The Lord told her to go to Social Security office today and when she arrived, she found out that you need to have an appointment to get in. So looking around the parking lot, she saw a woman and approached her and began chatting. She said she listened as the woman shared what was going on in her life and then asked if she could pray for her and lay hands on her. She begain commanding healing and asked her to try to do something that she was not able to do prior. The woman said just about all the pain had left and she began commanding pain to leave some more. As the woman started moving around her countenance changed as she realized the pain was all gone. The woman grabbed on to her tightly and was moved greatly by God's goodness and love for her. She stated that it had been a very long time since she was pain free, and then tested and was able to move in other ways she had not been able to previously. Praise the Lord!
October 2021
Monday 10/25/2021 More Treasure hunting with my friend, this evening! What fun we had heading out to minister to folks! So here is what we had prior to heading out when we prayed ( we had additional words, but these were the ones which we ended up finding in the store this time so I am not sharing them)
Color teal
Sympathetic chest pain
We initially set out to meijer since I had some things to pick up there but on the drive down I kept thinking of a hardware store. but I didn't have any thing to pick up there and it was not highlighted when we prayed prior to going out. Once we got to meijer my buddy mentioned that the local Home Depot seemed to stick out to him, so we immediately turned around and went to Home Depot. The store was pretty quiet less workers, so we walked around and went to areas that we had words for, but did not see anyone there.
As we walked my buddy noticed a lady with a finger brace on, so I asked her for directions on where to grab a certain product and then asked her what happened to her hand. Jonet stated she had broke it at work in 3 places. We chatted a bit more and then I asked if we could pray for her hand which she said sure. While we did not notice any noticeable change with her hand she stated she could sense God's peace upon her heart. We were clear that she was sensing God's presence and love for her. We dialogued some more and went on. As we passed an aisle we noticed a worker wearing a teal shirt so took the risk in walking up to her to chat. Chrissy was shocked and aske Lord to bless and lead her to Godly friends and ed a lot of questions! After sharing the shirt color we had I asked if she had any chest pain and her eyes got bigger as she confirmed this. So we asked if we could pray for her and she said yes. My buddy was totally speaking the words of God over her w/o realizing it (this happens often as we are focusing on Him and what the Lord is highlighting to us) speaking strength to broken relationships and other various things in her life. When he was done I prayed for the anxiety she had to leave and for some other things. She was fanning herself as she said she was getting super hot while we prayed (again, not uncommon for the Lord to manifest in heat, chills, coldness when things leave, etc - these are spiritual manifestations) . After she stated that her dad had just died and she was having issues with her adult children. She was greatly encouraged for the Lord's love for her.
Saturday 10/16/2021 What a great time this past weekend - more hotdogs (maybe the last of the year) and this time some special asian chicken noodle dish was brought - we had lots of food for people downtown! Here is a brief on some of what happened:
Hotdogs
Asian Chicken Noodle Dish
Cookie, cookies, and more cookies!
Bottled Water
~75 cups of coffee
Per usual, many were prayed for and teams went out to pray for folks. Here is one I wrote down (I was helping to serve food and had little opportunity to find out what happened nor to pray for people myself):
One woman received Jesus as Lord while group ministered to her. She desired to be baptised, but when team member went down there to find her after, she could not be located. We will continue to pray for this woman with hopes of seeing her again - she did not have a way for us to reach her by phone unfortunately.
Monday 10/4/2021 Treasure hunting with my friend! What is treasure hunting you may ask, well this is where you will pray for a treasure (words of knowledge based on the person, location, etc. - anything the Lord would like to reveal) to be revealed and then go hunt for it. We will typically meet up in a small group and then break up to go shop and find the treasure. We met up at a coffee shop and prayed there - we also prayed and planned earlier and had wrote down things we felt the Lord reveal then, too. Here is what we had to go with:
Location: Walmart
Sense to bless person or couple financially
Color Red
Heard necklace (maybe jewelry counter at store to go to?)
Name Tabitha
Picture of a cat.
Sharp sympathetic pain in 2 fingers
Paper location of Walmart highlighted in the imagination
Names Sarah and Eric
So some of this is revealed by hearing, seeing, feeling, and other ways. This is a brief on our time at the store. So I had some things to buy and we walked around looking to grab those items and looking around to see if anyone or thing matched what we sensed we received from the Lord. We went on over the jewelery stand and no-one was there. We stopped and talked a bit and a couple walked up to look at jewelry in the counter. I asked if their name was Sarah and Eric and it was not. I then explained what we were doing and asked if we could pray for them. We did and then found out that they were recently married. I felt a nudge from the Lord to give them the money He told me to grab earlier in the day.
After this, we looked around and there was a couple of women and one had a red sweater on - they were standing a couple aisles away from the paper location in the store, too. So we first walked over to the paper area and no-one was on that aisle and then we circled back to the ladies, Rose and Yolanda. After talking with them we found out that they had just celebrated the promotion of their Mom to heaven and were heading back to Florida. We were so blessed by what they shared regarding how the hand of the Lord moved in the whole process with their mom - everything from food, to weather, etc. We prayed for all of them, too, to be comforted and strengthened in the Lord. What a great time of encouragement!
At this point we wanted to see if we could find the couple or the person with hand pain. After engaging a few couples, we could not find Sarah and Eric. This provided some awkward approaches with equally awkward responses! We then decided to get wrung up and to head out. On our way out I noticed the lady (Julie) working who appeared to have something on her hand (it ended up being gloves, but she battled a lot of inflammation issues in joints and her hands which were severe). She began sharing how she had just experienced the sudden death of a very close friend (as in walked in the room and he was dead on the ground) and the night before was praying to the Lord to be healed and just for her relationship with Him to grow. So we prayed for many things going on in her life and encouraged her in the Lord. Oddly enough, we never got to the fingers until the end and my friend shared how he had received the sympathetic pain fom the Lord earlier in the day - she could feel a strong presence of the Lord while we prayed and the pain in her hands diminished greatly when we prayed. We spent some more time encouraging her before we left for the night! What a great time co-laboring with God!
September 2021
Wednesday-Thursday 9/22-23/2021 Friend reached out to group of men after having extreme pain on left side of body - at hospital, the staff stated it was a kidney stone that needed to pass. Group prayed for him and all pain completely left within 24 hours and he never passed a kidney stone- some prayers and agreement was specifically on the kidney stone dissolving. Praise the Lord!
Monday 9/20/2021 Growing in hearing words of knowledge (WOK) with a friend and this day saw a picture of a woman with a purse/satchel worn across her body, and she had glasses on, and the Lord said to tell her that He is 'bringing about new beginnings for them.' I kind of forgot about this and went to a few stores and while at Walmart getting out of my vehicle I saw 3 women getting out of their vehicle across from me and one fit the description, but she did not have glasses on - the other ladies did though. So I went up and shared with her (they were all excited and shocked believers) and she said they desired to have a new baby. So I prayed for a wonderful child to be born to them (her and her husband) and prayed a blessing over all of them. The woman also stated, after I shared the specific description with them, that she normally wears glasses but did not have them on tonight!
Sunday 9/19/2021 Growing in WOK - Friends got back to me that as a small group they prayed and received the following apparently non-linked words 'statuesque, lady, lonely, and purple' and went to the park to find these people. They went to the pier and a woman one of the people knew was there and after they started talking discovered that the woman was mourning the loss of a close one and was lonely and they prayed with and for her regarding the loss. They ended up seeing a few other familiar faces which allowed opportunity to pray for as well - with similar cases of a close family member who passed. More to come on this...
Saturday 9/18/2021 What a great time this past weekend - here is a brief on some of what happened:
Hotdogs
Potato Salad
Cookie, cookies, and more cookies!
Bottled Water
~75 cups of coffee
3 Gallons Lemonade (maybe a little less)
Per usual, many were prayed for and teams went out to pray for folks. Here are a few I wrote down:
Caroline- Team caught her on the streets and she was in extreme pain and she could sense the change while they were praying and all pain left. She was very excited and emotionally overwhelmed by the experience. Praise Jesus!
Brian - Green hoodie with necklace and had back pain. His mobilty changed up after prayer. One prayer member noticed his anger towards Mel Trotter facilities and recignized his attitude was bad and he should change it and see the benefits of being here. We walked him through declaring that and more mobility seemed to return.
Freddie - As a group we prayed for direction from the Lord and a member of the family saw a picture of blue stripes and we also had 'back' that came up as a word - we had already prayed for 2 other people with back issues and they both saw relief. As we went walking around we saw a painting on the wall with blue stripes. There were 3 people hanging out near it. We provided all of them with food and water and offered prayer for them - one was open to us praying for her. We did not notice any changes while there, so we continued on and trust in the unseen versus what we see in the natural.
Saturday 9/11/2021 Attended a conference, in essence, on growing in being attentive to how Holy Spirit is speaking to us. Was a great time and learned a lot. We also had some outstanding and fun ministry time at the event and outside the event. While I am not going to post those things which took place at the event, one testimony in particular stood out which I desired to share, so here we go.
My friend and I went out to lunch and he noticed a woman and her son in line ordering and asked me what came to mind when I looked at them. Weight was the first word that came to mind. He felt led to go buy them lunch and walked up and did so which they were super grateful for - I did not walk up with him as I did not want them to feel overwhelmed by a couple of men walking up on them. While they were walking out I walked up to her and explained that we were practicing in listening to the Lord and I had the word 'weight' come to me while we listened to the Lord. She confirmed that that was applicable -got the sense that it could have been related to care taking, so I prayed in to that, but also directed her to scriptures where it states that we are to cast our cares over to Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 and Psalm 55:22). She stated how at times she struggled with that and I told her to as He tells us to, it's not like we are shirking the responsibility. All this to say this was an outstanding time where God was again glorified - He is always at work in people!
Saturday 9/4/2021 Glory to Go in the highest! Praise God, who came in the flesh - Jesus Christ - to provide men and women a way to the Father. Acts 4:12 - There is salvation in no one else, only Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved. God makes it so simple but it is just like man to complicate and confuse a topic - Jesus is the ONLY way to the Father, period! What a great time this past weekend - here is a brief on some of what happened:
96 Ice Cream Bars (Fudge Bars, Orange Ice Cream Bars, etc.)
80 cups of coffee
3 Gallons Lemonade (maybe a little less)
Bottled Water
Cookies
Per usual, many were prayed for and teams went out to pray for folks. Here are 2 I wrote down - one I was a direct part of:
Shana - She was walking by to go to work and we called her out to see if she wanted a treat or coffee. We got her to slow down and began chatting with her to find out she had hip pain from an accident she was in. We had her sit down and prayed - she said she had no pain after. She did blame her self for the accident, was a believer, and we had some dialog on that before she had to go.
Gihanna- Prayed for her grandchildren who are in a challenging home situation to be delivered and come to know the Lord and blessed Amanda.
Freddy - He was limping and a group went up to talk to him. They prayed and provided words from the Lord to him. He did not have much to say, but when he walked off he was not limping. Praise the Lord!
August 2021
Saturday 8/21/2021 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever! Saturday morning serving in the park! Always such a blessing to serve others in the name of our Lord - let all it be done for His glory and to richly bless, direct, and help everyone involved (especially those being served). Here are some details from the day:
200oz Chicken Noodle Soup
101 cups of coffee
3 Gallons Lemonade (maybe a little less)
Bottled Water
We prayed for a lot of people today, per usual. I do not know of everything that took place, but I do know we had pain leave a few people's backs (these were cases where I was directly involved with) and a woman experienced some serious deliverance from addiction (we are hoping to see her remain free and not go back to the things which caused the bondage she was in).
Saturday 8/7/2021 Christ reigns forever! Saturday morning BBQ in the park! It's been a while since we have had a BBQ downtown (last year as a matter of fact), but this time we did it up with hotdogs and some special sides. Below is a breakdown of what we brought - we had some left overs due to low turnout numbers. Thinking future wise we will cut down on coffee, too, since we are pouring out roughly 1/5 of the container.
~72 Hotdogs served (some of this was double portions for people due to the low turnout)
Potato Salad
Baked Beans
Cookie, cookies, and more cookies!
Bottled Water
101 cups of coffee
3 Gallons Lemonade (maybe a little less)
Testimonies from time downtown (We prayed for a host of other people, but I didn't record it, so this is all we have from today. The Lord has a record of it and the hearts of people were touched - Jesus is and was glorified!):
Enrique - arthritis pain in the shoulder. All inflammation left after prayer.
Brian and Jermaine - Both were experiencing back pain - in different places - but after prayer both felt relief from the pain.
July 2021
Saturday 7/17/2021 Another time of meeting up - praise the Lord, it was a great time and many were blessed from our time out. We've transitioned to meeting on the first and third Saturday of the month, versus every other week. Here are some details from the day:
200oz Chicken Noodle Soup
101 cups of coffee
3 Gallons Lemonade (maybe a little less)
Bottled Water
Cookies
Brian - Had hip and back pain of 7. We prayed twice for him and all pain left and mobility he did not have returned.
Rodam - Man's wrist was wrapped up from a fight he was in. I was the third person to pray for him - he sensed warmth when i prayed for Him and said he sensed the same when the last person prayed for him. Said pain was alleviated, but he continued to wear the wrist/arm wrap.
Melissa - Wanted us to pray for her regarding anxiety she was experiencing. She did not notice an immediate change after we prayed.
Brianna - Ankles were swelled up and she was getting wheeled around in a wheelchar. She also had one other group pray for her where she noticed some changes, and she had all feeling come back in her feet (they were previously numb) after we got done praying for her. We spoke a blessing over her and her boyfriend before they left.
June 2021
Saturday 6/26/2021 Praise Christ Jesus! Here is a run down of Saturday. This was the first time we had a tremendous amount of rain accompany us - so we set up shop in a slightly different location from usual and had a lot less people come to visit than usual. However, fellowship time and ministering to folks was still outstanding! Here are some details from the day:
200oz Chicken Noodle Soup
101 cups of coffee
3 Gallons Lemonade (maybe a little less)
Bottled Water
Various Testimonies:
While we prayed for a few folks and saw change in one man's leg (pain had diminished, but not 100%), we had a really good opportunity to give a lot to a small amount of people. We had language barriers with a few folks, but through acts of kindess and serving them we were able to share the love of God with them. Fruitful day, but different from the normal.
Mary Beth - While at Costco later that day an older woman with a wrapped wrist at Costco mistaked me for a store worker and asked about the location of dog food in the store. I did not have an answer on that but did ask what was up with her wrist. She was open to prayer and I could sense things change and she moved her wrist and then walked off quickly! I did tell her how Christ loved her immensely - I was under the impression she was a believer - but I do know sometimes people don't know how to handle the presence of God manifesting and leave w/o saying a word (especially when they are healed in a way they have never experienced) - He leaves people speechless! Praise the Lord!
Saturday 6/12/2021 Glory to God - He who was, is, and is to come - worthy is the lamb who was slain and now is risen! Christ is alive and I love to see people experience the reality of Him. Here is a run down of this past weekend - we prayed for a lot of people today but due to a lack of a scribe we did not record a lot of what took place.
400oz Chicken Noodle Soup
101 cups of coffee
3 Gallons Lemonade
Bottled Water
Various Testimonies:
Macino - A team member spent some time talking and sharing Jesus with Macino at the park. Macino decided he wanted to repent and receive Jesus Christ as Lord so we prayed with him. We hope to see Macino downtown soon again.
Brian - Brian stopped by to stock up on water before his roadtrip to Georgia. When lifting his bag we noticed his shoulder was in severe pain - he was wincing when he lifted the not so heavy bag. We prayed for pain to leave and his mobility returned and pain left. We loaded him up with supplies and he was on his way.
Jeff - Hands were severely blistered and burnt; he was in extreme pain. He came for coffee and treats but the Lord had something else for him - after some prayer all pain left. The pain left, but the blistering and burn marks were still present.
May 2021
Saturday 5/29/2021 Jesus Christ is amazing - He is the First, the Last, the Beginning and End, and so much more personally to those who know Him! We have these meetups to exalt Him - signs and wonders do take place and I will at times record some of them, but the major objective is about being love to the lost and making Christ popular. That could be buying a sandwich or giving your shoes to someone in need, etc. So with that being said, here is a run down of what took place today.
400oz Chicken Noodle Soup
101 cups of coffee
3 gallons of hot cocoa
Various Testimonies:
Bill - Bill was in an accident where a brick wall fell on him. He had immense back pain and aches as a result of this - which lingered for years after the accident. One member from our group ministered to him and after the pain was greatly diminished. He was able to move his back in ways that he was not able to since the accident.
Darwell - Were talking to him about the Lord and he shared his love for God and some of his past. Was asked if he was in any pain and he stated his back was in pain of 9/10. Team prayed 3 different times for him an he experienced the manifest presence of God in a profound way through heat sensations in his body - all pain left. We ended up praying more for direction and purpose in his walk with the Lord after.
Saturday 5/8/2021 Group meet up! Had some great group time prior to going out and while serving downtown. Here is a run down of what took place today.
400oz Chicken Noodle Soup
101 cups of coffee
3 gallons of hot cocoa
Bags of Chips (over 100)
Various Testimonies:
Annette - Multiple team members came around Annette to love on her. She had issues with her back and the group prayed for her, she experienced heat upon her back and when asked to touch her toes she was able to - she stated that she used to feel pain whenever she did that before but it was now gone. The team also prayed for numerous other things in her life. We had a wonderful time connecting with her and blessing her - don't be fooled, we were greatly blessed by this and always are, as well.
Overall - With the nice turn out of Levites (:-)) we were able to engage more with the folks who came up to receive drink and food. Was a really nice day having this opportunity - like always.
April 2021
Saturday 4/24/2021 Group meet up! Had some great group time prior to going out and while serving downtown. Here is a run down of what took place today.
400oz Chicken Noodle Soup
Mixed Nut bags
3 gallons of hot cocoa (all was used)
Various Testimonies:
Meghan and Bill - Meghan was pregnant and they were in need - Bill is working presently. Especially blessed them with new bags, plenty of food, and other supplies. We also had words for them from the Lord and she had back pain that diminished after prayer. Encouraging encounter with couple.
Brian - Back pain left and mobility was restored after prayer.
Laura and Amy - Women had some various struggles and pain in their bodies. Prayer partner prayed and the pain left. Both ladies were blessed by our time together.
Saturday 4/10/2021 We met up today - had some great group time prior to going out and while serving downtown. Here is a run down of what took place today. We prayed for various team members before heading out this morning and the Lord moved in and upon multiple people in multiple areas - knees, shoulders, lungs.
400oz Chicken Noodle Soup
101 cups of coffee (we poured out some extra)
3 gallons of hot cocoa (all was used)
Various Testimonies:
More deliverance - we had a word of knowledge before we went out for an individual we had ministered to the last time we were out. He confirmed what was stated, we prayed over him some more. I am sure we will see him again - we will continue to intercede for him.
Z - He had been involved in a very traumatic car accident with multiple injuries in his body. He sensed the Lord's presence when we prayed for him and noticed a change in pain in his collar bone. Another group prayed for his legs (he was in a wheelchair) and were able to notice an improvement in his legs where he was able to walk a bit more than he was able to prior - they tested after prayer by having him see if he could walk (if he desired to try and he did).
John - His leg grew out after commanding prayer (speak to your mountain).
Not clear on everything else that took place. I know we prayed for a lot of people, had prophetic words for some folks, and were built up by some brothers and sisters who came for soup and ministered to us! We loved on many people and ended up running out of soup, but still had some coffee and hot cocoa left when we were done. Was a great day - praise the Lord!
March 2021
Saturday 3/27/2021 Had a break in meeting up - it seemed like quite some time passed since last meetup. It was great to see one another again with some new faces. I share some of what took place, below, to the glory of Jesus Christ (this is ALL meant to EXALT Him) - some folks in our group were touched in various ways while we prayed before going out, as well.
400oz Chicken Noodle Soup
101 cups of coffee (we poured out some extra)
3 gallons of hot cocoa (all was used)
Handed out small amount of clothing to people - socks, hats, jackets, gloves (need more gloves, socks, and boots)
Various Testimonies:
Multiple people - Knees, knees, and more knees were healed and/or some mobility restored.
Multiple people - Delieverance minor and major took place. Strongholds are broken when replacing lies with truth. It is critical to freedom in Christ. This is why discipleship is so important to the body. Don't let the enemy steal what God has freely given you.
BH - Near when we were leaving some guys walked up and a friend had a word of knowledge for a problematic knee. He looked at me and while I have had issues at times with my knee, another guy jumped forth saying his knee had issues. You could feel it popping when he bent it. We prayed and he ran and jumped on to a large electric box. He said it felt better and did not want more prayer.
FM - Sore ribs healed
February 2021
Saturday 2/27/2021 The weather is getting warmer - 30s and 40s. Most met on location at 0800 to fellowship and pray for one another before going out. When we did get to the park, there weren't too many people out (looked like we served around 30-40 people based on the soup cups we had left over). I do not have a report of what took place - some folks in our group were touched in various ways while we prayed before going out. I will add anything if I hear about it from others, later.
400oz Chicken Noodle Soup
101 cups of coffee (we poured out some extra)
3 gallons of hot cocoa (all was used)
Cookies and chips (all were used)
Handed out small amount of clothing to people - socks, hats, jackets, gloves (need more gloves, socks, and boots)
Saturday 2/13/2021 Today we met up as a group at our new indoor location! Whew, it was a super cold morning. We prepared to go out and did, but spent some initial time in the new location fellowshipping and praying prior to. When we did get to the park, there weren't too many people out (it was around 10 degrees and most people were still in warming centers out from the cold). Here is what I saw take place from my perspective - I did not obtain a list of testimonies from others.
36 donuts (3 dozen - Team ended up taking these to another location due to the low number of people present)
101 cups of coffee (we served very little, but some people were blessed with coffee)
Additional homemade muffins and cookies
Handed out small amount of clothing to people - socks, hats, jackets, gloves (need more gloves, socks, and boots)
-AD - We saw multiple things take place with AD. She had lower back issues for years. During prayer hips shifted and legs came back in to alignment, one leg 'grew' out' and she noticed a difference when walking. Also had a word of knolwedge about her knee and ew prayed for that, too. Agreed and prayed in to purpose and destiny for AD as she has a wonderful gift for artistry.
-TB - Had shoulder pain in both shoulders and pain in his thumbs. Glory to God, his 2 shoulders had all pain eliminated and only one thumb remained with slight discomfort.
- GS - We cursed cancer in his body and blesssed him from top of his head to his toes.
- AP - Ongoing shoulder mobility issues. We prayed for him and had him test multiple times. He stated he noticed a difference, but not sure if this is at 100%. Will continue to pray as needed.
- KS - Lung discomfort - we had mutliple words for him spoke about this ailment and he encountered a greater level of peace when he was prayed for.
- Paul - He was walking by the facility when we were walking about. Quite interesting was that a couple of us were talking about topics that when we spoke to Paul he brought up. So in this divine encounter we encouraged Paul to reach out to connect with our group for discipleship and prayed over him for direction and clarity in being directed by Jesus in the decisions he makes.

Saturday 1/30/2021-I'm thinking this was the coldest day we've had out on the streets so far this year, but what a great time which was had for all the brothers and sisters who showed up to help! We definitely also saw the least amount of visitors this morning. Here are some testimonies from this day of His kingdom coming:
48 donuts (4 dozen - we had some additional left overs)
101 cups of coffee (we had some left over at the end)
Handed out clothing - socks, hats, jackets, gloves (need more gloves, socks, and boots)
-Johnnie - He came up and wanted to receive prayer for general reasons and ended up re-committing his life to the Lord!
-Jamie - She stated she had back issues and pain in her back and we prayed for her and while she had not noticed a change then (but was very grateful), I ran in to her later that day and she said her back was feeling better. So praise Jesus!
-Nadine - She asked us to help move some things for her and made mention that her back will sometimes give out. We asked if we could pray for her and she sensed warmth all over her back when we did (I could sense my hand getting warm when we prayed for her) and praised the Lord after. We did not test so I don't know the final outcome here, but the Lord was touching her for sure when we prayed for her. Her friend also had back issues and we prayed for her, too - she felt a strong presence of God's peace upon her as we prayed. Also don't know the final outcome here as she left after we prayed. :-|
Saturday 1/16/2021-Another amazing day which the Lord had made! We prayed for, and clothed/fed a decent amount of people. Here are some testimonies from this day and of what the Lord so graciously did:
60 donuts (had roughly a dozen left over)
6 crates of sandwiches (rough number - there may have been more)
Large bag of home baked pastries, cookies, and other snacks
3 gallons of hot cocoa
101 cups of coffee
Handed out a lot of clothing - socks, hats, jackets, and blankets.
We prayed for a lot of people downtown and in our group. Saw some people physically healed, spiritual junk left others (came back and left again while we were down there), and many were touched by the Lord by what we were doing.
Saturday 1/2/2021- Snowy morning in Grand Rapids, yesterday! We prayed for, and clothed/fed a decent amount of people - the number of people have dwindled due to the cold weather outdoors and more people seeking indoor shelter or warming centers in the cold. Here are some testimonies from yesterday of what the Lord so graciously did:
60+ donuts and cookies served
Mixed nuts, cheese, and other snacks
3 gallons of hot cocoa
101 cups of coffee
Handed out a lot of clothing - gloves, hats, boots, jackets, and blankets.
-Jacqueline - came to us after having things stolen from her from an old friend who was recently released from prison. We helped provide some direction, attempted to contact her friends and prayed for her situation and also for cancer she was battling.
-James - in recovery program. He needed some clothing so we helped him out with that and also prayed against various addictions he had battled. Encouraged him and shared the love of Jesus with him.
-Jenny - Prayed for a woman's brain that recently had a seizure and spoke against the trauma she was dealing with.
-Brian - really sensed he needed to know the Father’s love for him. Talked to him about being a conqueror and reigning with Christ Rev. 3:21, a motivation to overcome.
-Luke -Had pain in his left hip and pain left and he was healed.
-Prayed with the group who also came in to serve from another part of the state and received a word from the Lord about something in the upper left chest for one lady - turned out she had a fatty mass on the left side of her back and prayed for the mass to dissolve
-Shane - He was angry and Holy Spirit led him to speak of abandonment by his mother. He spoke forgiveness over his mother and asked the Lord to bless her then the Lord pulled out a bitter root from him.
-Bobby - Encouraged Bobby to sing at work based on Ephesians 5:18-19
-Jim - Vietnam vet, prayed for a few things then he opened up about depression. Prayed some more, then talked for awhile. As he left he told me he hasn't felt so good in a long time.
-Matthew -A man with arthritis in his hands. He received some relief. Not complete, so I'm still praying for him.
